Blink and Christmas is over.

It is a quiet year. Nobody came home for Christmas. There is just a little snow but it is a white one. We went to Mounts for Christmas Eve dinner. It was pretty quiet there also. No Zollinger kids anywhere came home for Christmas except for Mandy. But we had a great time. I discovered the best way to get out of helping clean up dinner is to break one of the Christmas dinner plates first thing. I retired myself at that point. I will be checking out Replacements today to get a new one.
We took got to open up our pajamas with everyone else. Life is Good.
Christmas morning I woke up bright and early......to throw up. Sheesh how fun was that. I spent Christmas Day asleep on the couch recovering from whatever is going around. Did not get dressed. Did not eat all day. No Christmas goodies at all. Oh well. At least not in the kitchen.
Santa put the goodies under the tree.  He brought a sack full of little turquoise boxes. All filled with lovely little goodies. What a wonderful Santa he is. We were so excited to see what the gifts were that the kids and friends gave us. Such thoughtful things were given. We are very apppreciative. Merry Christmas 2012.
