San Juan de Maguana in the Dominican Republic

It has been so hot that Jeff decided to take his group outside under a tree to teach.
Last night we walked out to the street fiesta. We bought some bandanas. Funny thing to collect but I have some cool ones. This man asked why we were here. When Jeff told him we were teaching NRT for the LDS Church he got excited and said he is a member too.
This is a big concrete statue in a park. It says something about, "those that don't serve live, those that serve really live".
Fish for dinner? This fish is sitting by the street in the 90 degree weather. Yummy!
 Some kind of factory.
More street food. This is where we saw the pig snout.
I do not know what this is but it is pretty.
Out of nowhere we stumble on this "castle" being built. Interesting.
A peaceful shot of Mom and a brand new baby.
