Drag racing across the Pacific Ocean

On our way to Kauai yesterday the pilot came on and told us to get our cameras out because there was a plane 1000 feet off of our wing. He said you do not usually get to see planes that close. He said we were going race it to Hawaii. Sure enough we slowly pulled ahead.

I watched Mama Mia twice on the plane. I loved it. The music is great in it.

Jeff is definitely relaxed on the beach. I woke up this morning sick. Aching, chilled and stomach pain and nausea. Dang it! I slept most of the day away.

Rob, Lauren and Floyd on the beach. Floyd got wiped out by a big wave but he loved it.

sorry you're sick. that sucks (kinda like when people won't by hangers from telephone solicitors).

Hope you get feeling better. Please don't worry about us freezing away here............

Do you suppose they learn in pilot school to say reassuring things like that when they wake up in the cockpit to find another plane 1000 feet off their wings?

:-)

We, also, had a whole bunch of sickies over Thanksgiving weekend. Hope you didn't catch it from any of us. Get well soon!
