We were just getting back from South America. There were storm warnings but we figured it would be an average spring storm. The flowers in the back yard were extra beautiful so I took a picture to send to the kids. Minutes later a horrific storm began to batter the yard and the house.
The beautiful trees were stripped of all of the pretty blossoms.
The hail was piled deep in the fields. The damage was everywhere
The next morning the hail was still in piles around the neighborhood. Crazy storm. Probably half of the houses in our neighborhood had to put on a new roof because of hail damage. We are waiting to see about ours.
