All these years my friends have been hiking to Union Falls. It is an 18 mile round trip hike. I have always wanted to do it but never was able to when they went. We finally did it on a beautiful fall day. You had to cross the river I think six times in the round trip.
We kept our eyes peeled for bears but we never saw any. It is serious bear country.
