I have done a lot of hiking over the years. But the last couple of years I have not been able to go. So I decided it was time to get out there again. Some friends were going up to the Palisades Lakes. It was 14 miles of beautiful scenery and fall colors.
It was a perfect day. Even the thunderstorm we got caught in was kind of fun.
There is a baby moose in the grass with just his ears poking out.
