Saturday with some of the grandkids

Andy went south with his buddies to golf this weekend so Jeff and I decided to take the kids to Bear World and give Lynne a little break. Saturday you could go out there and get pictures taken holding the bear cubs. That was fun, then we headed to the office to see our new fish. Dorrie and Bubbles live there now. Finally a trip to Dairy Queen after all of that hard stuff we did.

I fit in a two hour walk. Of course part of that was spent talking to people along the way. It was a beautiful day. Just call me Mary Gump. I plan every day to head out the door and just walk wherever my feet take me for the next couple of months.

What a beautiful bunch of grandkids! That bear is pretty cute as well. Which 2 recipes are yours in that cookbook Mary? I know that you are a great cook, and so I want to try them soon.

I think your grandkids (and kids) are so lucky to have you in their lives! They will remember those times throughout their whole lives. The bears were very cute.

What fun grandparents you are! I agree that the grandkids will always remember the special days they spent with you and the experiences they had. Good job on the walking, Mary. I don't know how you manage to fit it all in!

Looks like a fun day with the gk's. When is Lynne due? And about your walking, are you training for something, 2 hours is quite a walk!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU again for doing that with the kids. They LOVED it, they were so excited to tell Andy all about their day with you guys when he got home. It was a treat for me too. I really appriciated that!

Nothing better than a day filled with grandkids and adventure and ICE Cream.

Okay, I understand there is not a blood connection here with Andy and Lynn's kids, but the oldest boy reminds me sooo much of the young years of my childhood memories of David Zollinger at that age. what a great day with the Grandkids, they are so lucky to have good Grandparent's to take them for fun outing.
