Butterflies are free

My caterpillars finally hatched into Painted Lady Butterflies. They lived in the Butterfly house for a few days. We fed them sugar water. It was cool to watch them unroll their "tongue" to drink the water. Finally on a non windy day they were set free. They quickly flew away but not before I captured one flying. Kitty was obviously very excited to watch the whole butterfly release thing.

Just like the kids. They fly the coop. Hopefully they'll be back to hang out ... just like the kids. FUN!

Mary...I had a great time in Peru. While I was eating dinner with some people from the church office one of the couples(the Joo's from Peru) asked if I knew the Zollinger's from Rexburg. I guess they traveled with you while you were in Peru. What a small world.
