Sunday photo ops

Went for a little drive on Sunday and saw a field full of elk. This creative guy was cooling off in the sprinkler. When he finished turning this way and that to cool off, he bent over and drank like it was a drinking fountain. It was very funny
Sunday morning I woke up early around 5:30 and looked out the window. I saw the most beautiful sunrise. So I threw on some clothes and ran out to the car with my camera and got some stunning photos. Only one other person saw this scene that I could tell. One car drove by and seemed oblivious to the beauty of it all. It only lasted a couple of minutes. But I got a lot of pictures. It was truly amazing.

Mary the pictures are stunning...the colors are gorgeous.
You & Berta certainly have a talent! Don't you wish we could shed our old coat of skins...for new ones like the elk do!

Was that an Elk farm, or just Elk in a field?

I'm thinking the elk were at the Summers' place???? Those photos of the elk are so great. What a cool thing to see!

The temple photos just keep getting better!

The elk are out by Fergesons place in Plano. They are in a fenced field. Looks like a delux place for them with drinking fountains and all.
