I have been up for hours (since 4:30) . Did some laundry, cleaned the litter box, put my new food storage away. Balanced the checkbook and paid some bills on line. My reward is to check the blogs. It is time consuming, sometimes feels wasteful. I have decided it is not wasteful. It connects me in ways nothing else can. How else in the wee hours of the morning can you see your grand kids and what they are doing. See them in action because their mommas took the time to take pictures for the purpose of sharing their daily lives. And I can put a quick thought on each blog. I love the blogs. Everyone at times gets weary or too busy to post but I think it is a worthwhile activity.
That said I woke up and listened to the wind and it is snowing . After my chores were done I gravitated to my Dominican Republic pictures from a week ago. Warm and sunny. Nice to relive for a minute, so I share some more pictures from there this morning.

Fun times tonight as we head to SLC for family time. Amber's farewell (mission call to Finland) is Sunday so we are headed down for it and seeing family.
