Buffoonery. That is what our pilot called it today. Here is our flying adventure thus far. They cancelled our flight this morning so we left at 11 instead of 7. That was OK and the weather was great. Our connection in Atlanta was under an hour. That is too close for comfort on international flights. We arrived in Atlanta 10 minutes early...cool. Then we sat on the runway for 45 minutes. Actually we drove around the airport in a 757. The pilot finally called it buffoonery as they kept telling him we had a gate. When we arrived another plane was always there. We had some celebs on our plane...kind of. The old rock stars Molly Hatchet and Blackfoot were sitting around us. I listened to one of them tell their whole life story, kind of interesting.
Any way we dashed to our gate and then found out there was not a plane. They sent all of us across the airport to another gate and so here we are waiting. At least we will make it onto the plane. Adios amigos...til tomorrow.

Argentina here we come???
We are packed and ready to go. Delta e-mailed us to let us know our flight from Idaho Falls has been cancelled and changed which is fine (we can sleep in a little). However our connection in Atlanta will be very tight. So it may be an adventure getting to Argentina. Less than an hour to make an international flight can be problematic.
The picture was taken on the street in Buenos Aires in March when we were there last. I love these trees which look like camouflage. Click on it for a closer look at the trunk. Have a great Labor Day weekend everyone. We will keep you posted on our progress. It is one big adventure...right??

Looking towards the sun
It's gonna be a bright, bright sunshiny day!
Another morning walk
We are packing to head to Argentina Saturday morning. It is spring down there.
All the Grandkids are back to school. We wish them all well. It is kind of quiet around here without someone around looking for a Popsicle or running around playing with cousins.
